Throughout the years, we've seen the need for innovation in the legal profession. The traditional law firm billable hour model is unaffordable for most people. We've created new models of legal representation that are client-centred. They allow the client to remain in charge of their legal issues and budget.
Imagine hiring a family law lawyer without the stress of skyrocketing legal bills. We demystify the legal system and put complex issues into a language you can easily understand.
WE DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY.
We offer flat-fee pricing and do not require expensive retainers. We focus on our client's goals to provide customized, straightforward legal guidance based on 13 + years of experience.
Flat Fee Services
Please note that the unbundled flat fees listed below are the starting point by which the flat fee will be calculated for your file. All flat fees will be assessed and set on a case-by-case basis. The degree of complexity on each file, as well as other factors, will be used to determine the fee before the client hires us. These fees do not include taxes.
We offer many types of unbundled services that are not listed here. Please inquire about any other services and we will be happy to respond.

HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

IS COLLABORATIVE LAW RIGHT FOR YOU?
Collaborative law can be an excellent option for individuals and families seeking a more respectful, cooperative, and solution-oriented approach to resolving their legal issues.
Unlike regular mediation, collaborative law allows each party to have their own legal representation, ensuring fairness and balance. The process also emphasizes preserving relationships, promotes open communication and problem-solving, and provides a private and confidential environment for discussing sensitive issues.
