OUR SERVICES

Throughout the years, we've seen the need for innovation in the legal profession. The traditional law firm billable hour model is unaffordable for most people. We've created new models of legal representation that are client-centred. They allow the client to remain in charge of their legal issues and budget.

Imagine hiring a family law lawyer without the stress of skyrocketing legal bills.  We demystify the legal system and put complex issues into a language you can easily understand.

WE DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY.

We offer flat-fee pricing and do not require expensive retainers. We focus on our client's goals to provide customized, straightforward legal guidance based on 13 + years of experience.

1

SEPARATION AGREEMENTS

Ending a relationship is hard, with many issues to address and decisions to make. One helpful step is creating an agreement about the family law matters you and your spouse agree on.

2

DIVORCE APPLICATION

We understand that filing for divorce is never an easy decision. It can be a challenging and emotional process. However, during this difficult time, we want you to know that we are here to help. In Canada, there are two main types of divorce — contested divorce and uncontested divorce.

3

COHABITATION AGREEMENTS

Creating a cohabitation agreement can be a wise and practical step for couples choosing to live together. This personal document helps establish clear expectations and protect each partner's rights in case of a future separation.

IS COLLABORATIVE LAW RIGHT FOR YOU?

Collaborative law can be an excellent option for individuals and families seeking a more respectful, cooperative, and solution-oriented approach to resolving their legal issues.

Unlike regular mediation, collaborative law allows each party to have their own legal representation, ensuring fairness and balance. The process also emphasizes preserving relationships, promotes open communication and problem-solving, and provides a private and confidential environment for discussing sensitive issues.
